1. Who We Are and What We Do

We operate the physical bridal showroom Glamiano Bride & Wedding, specializing in the sale of wedding and evening dresses and related accessories.

Please note: Wedding dresses cannot be purchased online. All purchases are made in person at our showroom, following a consultation and fitting.

Through our online booking system Reservio, you can schedule a paid personal fitting appointment, available in the following formats:

• Classic Fitting – CZK 1,000
• VIP Fitting – CZK 2,000

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between us and you, the customer, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

2. Booking and Contract Conclusion

Fittings can be booked through the Reservio system, or via phone or email.

Before submitting the booking, you can review and correct your information. The booking becomes binding once we confirm it. At that point, a service agreement is formed between you and us.

3. Payment Terms

The price for your selected fitting is listed on our website and confirmed in your booking summary. Payment can be made:

• in advance online (if available in the system), or
• in person at the showroom (cash or card).

The fitting fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a purchase is made. However, if you decide to buy a dress, the fitting fee will be deducted from the final dress price.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Later cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, according to our cancellation policy.

5. Withdrawal from Contract

If you are booking as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of confirmation, provided the fitting has not yet taken place.
If the service has already been performed, this right no longer applies.

6. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided during your fitting, you may file a complaint via e-mail: info@glamiano.com. We handle complaints without undue delay.

7. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Personal Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Your data is processed solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any changes will be announced at least 30 days prior to taking effect, either by e-mail or by publishing on our website.
